How the service works
We start with the essentials: size, number of rooms, overall condition and inspection date. We then clean room by room, finishing with the floors so nothing gets dirty again.
In Geneva, the move-out inspection (état des lieux) is detailed: landlords and agencies check areas that are rarely cleaned day to day, from bathroom joints to window rails.
